If I may be serious for just a moment, there’s something I’d like to say.
Rabbits mean a lot to me and Kato, which should come as no surprise to any of you. Hell, as
far as you know, I am indeed a rabbit inside a very convincing human suit. We love the little guys, they’re very fun and cuddly and just so adorable to look at.
But that said, owning one is a major responsibility. In many ways, they can be as expensive as owning a dog and sometimes take even more time and effort to keep them happy and healthy. They are living creatures and they demand time, attention, and love.
So please, if you’re thinking about buying one this Easter as a gift for a loved one, don’t. Take the time to consider this major choice and, if you still want to own a bunny of your own, take more time and spend the money you’ll need to make your home a safe and comfortable place for your new pet.
And if you find you can’t handle the responsibility, well, you can always get a Tamagotchi. And hey, those are egg-shaped so it still stays in the Easter theme!
